Hot water problems

Relief valves on hot water systems have mechanisms that become fowled and seals that wear out. The usual life span is five years on average. We can replace valves, repair leaky joints or replace the hot water unit depending on the problem.

Blocked drains cleared

Our electric eel drain cleaning machines can remove most obstructions from drain pipes. Where the pipe is crushed or has collapsed, or where the obstruction is too strong, the pipe must be excavated and repaired. Tree roots are the most likely cause of drain blockages, however roots from trees are opportunistic, they generally do not break into pipes but rather take advantage of an existing pipe defect.

Storm water rectifications

Storm water problems are common, whether it be a new or older home. We can design and install drainage to control any problem. Remember that roof water is best captured in a tank and used for your garden, washing or toilet flushing.

Sewer drain repairs

We can excavate and repair defects in sewer pipes so that ongoing drain cleaning costs don't mount up.

We can also arrange for pipe relining, ideal for areas under concrete, or where digging is difficult.

Renovations

We can fit in with your builder to provide the plumbing alterations that you require, whether it is a full house renovation, just a bathroom or a kitchen.

Roofing and guttering

Includes all metal roof and gutter repairs on domestic and commercial buildings. Some problems arise due to deterioration of the roof material while other problems only manifest themselves in extreme conditions.

Gas fitting and gas appliance installation

If you're thinking about changing to hot water or upgrading your existing gas appliances, we can install them for you. Our gas fitting licence allows us to run new pipe work, repair old pipe work, install and commission appliances so we can rectify any pipe work problems, search for leaks and repair them or alter pipe work where required.
